| One-on-One Teaching |
One-on-one teaching takes many forms. Each layer or level of individual helping has a unique set of dimensions. Mentoring, perhaps, requires the most "knowledge and experience" along with a strong sense of caring. That is not to say that the other roles are any less significant. I think to be a great mentor you need to be a good teacher-tutor-coach-counselor also.
